I checked her out too. I like it..good voice, good songs. She is coming to the House of Blues in Boston (which prompted me to check her out cause her name rung a bell). If I had money I would go see her. Now I can think of another singer I definitely would go see there..money or not , I'd find it somehow.

Rules of the Road,eh?

I vaguely remember the name,Cy Coleman.So now I got to do some research on him,and that song.And knowing Nikka,she might have have done that song justice.

I still waiting to her her version of Elton John's "Levon" from a concert like back in 2004ish,now that would be a treat.

@ Vivo.. It's not a mysterious song..lol
I assume you can hear the original tune somewhere on the internet - only if you try hard enough, hehe! I did find it a while back and honestly I wasn't too thrilled about it but I am literally dying to hear Nikka's take on that Cy Coleman song...

@ Gabe.. I've got that Elton John's cover. Would you like me to quench your thirst by any case!? :)

The show was good, with nikka and fiona being the highlights. Nikka stepped up and sang what she affectionately called, "the plum song," when the artist who does the song on the cd couldn't show. Nikka closed the show. Got a copy of the so, which is excellent.
